Yes I eat cave aged Gruyere and Emmenthal cheese and a cave for storage would be brilliant since a fridge is too cold and a room to warm. If you dont have a cave take the fridge but take it out one hour before consumtion…
Has anyone tried Cave Aged Cheese, and does it need to be stored in a cave?

no …you seem to have your wires crossed it has been artificially aged the Nick Cave the guy from the Bad Seeds…surely that was explained when you purchased said item?

Not really. Caves just have the right temperature and humidity for aging large amounts of cheese. You could build a building, but that would probably be less cost affective. Thank you history channel.

Too funny - you know not everything is meant to be taken literally. Do you actually think that the only buyers of aged cheeses are people who live in and/or own caves? Next time, you may want to actually let the common sense kick in before you hit the "submit" button.
Aged cheddar is awesome - I have had 4 year, 7 year and 10 year. It gets sharper and more chalky the older it gets. You really can't slice a 7 year or older, you just crumble it of and enjoy small portions. Yum!

If must be stored in a Cave and protected from Bears or it will not taste as good.

never tried it, but I don't think you should buy it unless you've been to that cave.
