    Thank you for the …
Thank you for the thoroughness. The ony thing I’d recommend in addition, if only to the pressing of the cheese, would be to have it on an angled board, allowing the whey to run down and away from the cheese.
    Thanks again!

When I was young, I worked in the kitchens at the Miami Beach and the Berkeley ISKON temples. It was the experience of my life but I never realized how easy it was to make cheese until I viewed your video. Thank You so much. Hare Krishna…

    Yes, exactly what I …
Yes, exactly what I have been going through in the last couple of years (I am 38 ). Making my own alcohol, cheese, yoghurt, extracting oils, and much much more. I love it. Things become much cheaper also. Even something simple like making my own flavored milk mixes has been awesome. We are way too much like consumers. Most people around me think I am weird for making my own stuff and not just going to the shop and buying it.

True. I am an Indian living in the west, and people in my family do make panir and some other things that people here would pay money for.

If you try to run …
If you try to run before you walk, then you will fall. I have seen it countless times. You cannot undo years of cultural conditioning just by wanting to. If you jump like a monkey into a different lifestyle, you will jump back just as quickly. The tortoise wins this race. That’s why we have a whole University program on our site just to help people get ready to really change their lifestyle and their karma.

I want to learn to run before I walk. I want to experience life in this way now. Simple/off grid/diy. It seems the choice of lifestyle determines whether or not we are alone or amongst others. Where in north america can one go?

    Any Indian …
Any Indian housewife knows how to make pan?r, homemade cheese. But in the West we have become completely dependent on corporations, so all this knowledge is becoming lost. All people have been taught to do is work and consume, so that’s what they do. We are caught like rats in a maze. To find real life, we have to break out of this prison and recover the knowledge of how to make our own food, housing etc. This is what our Bridge Community and University of higher Knowledge are all about.
